General Conditions.
With ordering an article on the site of Juwelen and Optiek Nevejan ,
you accept the general conditions.

2. Product information and prices:

All our prices are in euro's and include VAT.
We pay the greatest possible attention to the correct mentioning of our prices, models, types, measures, colours etc. If it appears that mistakes gave been made , we have the right not to deliver the articles.

In that case you will get a message with the correct information.

Special offers cannot be combined with discounts.

3. Confirmation:

If you filled out your e-mail address correctly, than after ordering You will receive e-mail as confirmation.
In this is indicated exactly what you ordered.

All your questions via e-mail will be answered within 48 hours.
(With exeption of the days of leave!!)

4. Delivery time and stock:

If the amount is on our account, we send the order by registered Post.
Normally the delivery is with you in 2,3 workdays. You also receive an e-mail that we got the payment and when the order was posted.
Your order will be offered to you during the day. If you are not at home, than you have the possibility to pick up the package in the post office nearby . If a product is not on stock than you will receive an e-mail with the delivery time.

5. Payment & Shipping:

The shipping costs differ depending on the countries. The shipping costs are always for your charge. The shipping costs are free from a fixed price (for ex. in Belgium from an amount of €100, for other EU countries from €250). The payment has to be made on our account , and after this the order is shipped the same day to you.

6. Shipping out of Belgium  (in Europe !) :

Delivery with destination out of Belgium (in Europe) always have to be payed in front and the delivery happens after the amount is on our account. Attention always uses the IBAN & BIC code otherwise you could have extra costs. The shipping costs are free from an amount of €250 for destinations out of Belgium but still in EU.

The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold goods shall be transferred to the Buyer - also in the case of sale by delivery to a place other than the place of performance - upon delivery.

This risk shall also be deemed transferred if the Buyer has failed to take delivery when tendered by the seller.

After the total amount is on our account your order will be send to you by registered post.
Normally the package should be delivered to you in 2 to 4 workdays.

7.Cancel or refuse (Return)

When you buy on the internet, than you have a legal 14-day time for reflection since 5 may 2010.
In this time you can return your ordered items. When you cancel or refuse from shipped orders the shipping costs will be charged (shipping costs international), this is considered as expenses,and the costs of paying with credit card will also be charged the rest of the amount will be refunded .

Promotions can not be exchanged or refunded. (This are articles at reduced prices)
You also have to pay yourself for the shipping costs of the returned goods.
The period of 7 days starts from the moment you received the package. For goods where the seal is broken, this return right doesn't count.
Improper shipping of goods due to us, incomplete parcel or other departure should be communicated by e-mail within 7 workdays after delivery. State a detailed description of what is wrong, we will contact you within 2 workdays and we will specify in detail how to solve the problem. If we are the cause of the problem, we''ll take the shipping cost for own account.
We won't take back any articles that are used or worn. Save the original wrapping, don't remove labels and provide good wrapping for a return shipment.

If you qualify for refund, this takes place within 10 days.

Nevejan only refunds your (return) shipping costs if you didn't receive the ordered goods or if the goods were damaged when received. Nevejan can refuse or not refund the returned goods when the wrapping was opened or the product was damaged by the customer.

 

8.To cancel an already shipped order

You need to wait untill the package is delivered and than return it like told before. Nevejan will refund you as soon as possible.

Always send the package fully prepaid. (Items more than €50 you always have to send registered.)

Always send within a copy of the invoice with a letter with your account number on! The customer is responsible for the return shipment.

Articles that are engraved at request of the customer cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Promotions can not be exchanged or refunded. (This are articles at reduced prices)
Items specially ordered for the customer therefore a ring by size or an item specially ordered   that we do not have in stock, and specifically ordered by the customer is not eligible for return or refund.

9. Legal

All products that are displayed on https://www.juwelennevejan.be/ are legal in accordance with the Belgium legislation. Foreign customers should always consult their own laws if there is any doubt on the legality in their own country.

Nevejan can not be held responsible in any way if the presented articles were misused or used in a irresponsible way by the purchaser, neither when material or physical damage to a third party was caused by an article on this site.
